By installing the RouteOne Shopify App or using our fulfillment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

RouteOne provides global fulfillment services, including warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping for Shopify merchants. We also offer supply-chain optimization tools and logistics intelligence.

3. Merchant Obligations

Merchants are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, maintaining the security of their account, and ensuring that products fulfilled do not violate any laws or regulations.

4. Fulfillment and Shipping

While we strive for 3-day post-production shipping, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or other external factors. RouteOne is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Limitation of Liability

RouteOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the merchant for the specific service in question.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify merchants of significant changes via email or through the app dashboard.
